Stephan Jenn
Stephan Jenn, 40, President
Stephan Jenn co-founded Novalyst in 2002 and is a co-founder of PhytoDia in 2006. Currently he is heading Novalyst, PhytoDia as well as a sister company AliX Pharma. Before, Stephan Jenn was Vice President of Corporate Development at Graffinity Pharmaceuticals AG (now Santhera Pharmaceuticals, Heidelberg, Germany). Previously, he worked in international corporate finance as Engagement Director for Mazars in Paris then in Frankfurt. Stephan Jenn is a graduate from l'École Supérieure de Commerce de Rouen and received his MBA from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton Business School.

Alain Wagner
Alain Wagner, 44, Ph.D., Scientific Advisor
Alain Wagner is a co-founder of Novalyst Discovery (2002), PhytoDia (2006) and most recently of eNovalys (2008). Since November 2007, he returned to academic research to take over Dr Charles Mioskowski former research unit at Louis Pasteur University (Strasbourg, France). His field of expertise covers methodologies in organic synthesis and heterogeneous catalysis. Dr Wagner has published more than 100 papers in peer- reviewed scientific journals and is inventor of 15 patents. Alain Wagner holds a Ph.D. in organic chemistry from Université Louis Pasteur (1991, Strasbourg, France) and was a post-doctoral fellow with Professor Peter Schultz at Affymax Research Institute (1991-1993, Palo Alto, USA).
